Our process begins by excavating the area 100mm. We then add a concrete edge round the perimeter, this is what the turf is either nailed or glue to at the end.

We then lay a weed suppressant membrane and 75mm of MOT is brought in, screeded flat and compacted down. We add a final 25mm layer of sharp sand or grano dust, which again is screeded flat and compacted. Finally we roll out the turf, cut it to the correct size and attach it to our concrete edge.
